- Region Lock compatibility: We are not responsible for purchases made for incorrect regions. If you purchase a Turkey (TR) code for a European account, we cannot exchange the code or issue a refund. Always check your account region before buying.
- Verification Failures: If a payment is unverified or flagged, we hold the delivery until proper screenshot evidence is provided.
2. Valorant Accounts Warranty
All Smurf and Ranked accounts listed on our site come with our Lifetime Recovery Warranty:
- If your purchased account has credential issues, recovery faults, or locks relating to the original creation process, we will replace the account free of charge.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accounts that are banned or locked due to the buyer's actions after purchase, such as cheating, using third-party scripting tools, toxic chat behavior, or charging back store payments.
3. Account Risk & Riot Games ToS
By buying a Valorant account, you acknowledge that selling, buying, sharing, or trading Riot Games accounts is against Riot Games' Terms of Service (ToS). Gamers Playstore takes precautions to ensure account safety (hand-leveling, unverified clean email setups), but the customer carries all transaction risks associated with Riot Games enforcing its ToS.
